March 30 - April 1, 2011 is the 45th to 47th day of Biggest Loser Challenge 2, Wednesday to Friday.
"Busy days"
As i have mentioned in my previous blog, i have so many activities lined up this week. So i'm summarizing the past 3 days of my challenge into 1 post...

Since i have no time for workout, i see to it that i have enough time to walk from our house to the city,

And together with my teammates (Ophie and Leah), we continued with our Lunchtime workout. We tried the hip-hop abs cardio and workout of the hips, buns and thigh. This workout never fails to sweat us out.

After my afternoon workout, i would eat my lunch through meetings or while working, just to save time and accomplish more.
For 3 days, i stayed for 1 or 2 hours after office just to finish off some work.
But still stayed on the diet and discipline.
March 30, 2011
Breakfast: 1/2 cup rice & 1/2 cup corned beef. 1 slice of papaya.
Lunch: 1 cup of coffee & 3 pieces of wheat bread with raisins.
PM Snack: 1 slice of pineapple
PM Snack 2: 1 glass of pineapple juice & 1 slice of wheat bread with raisins
Dinner: 1 slice of Talakitok and lots of pechay. Got hungry from our trip back home from ortigas, so i munch on the dinner leftover.

Breakfast: 1/2 cup rice, 2 viands from Bodhi (from Megamall), with 2 senorita banana
Lunch:1/2 pineapple, 1 slice of guaple in vinegar
PM Snack: 1 cup coffee, 1 slice of wheat bread
Dinner: 1 pc daing na tilapia, 1 whole salted egg with 2 tomatoes, 1 cup of sotanghon soup.
April 1, 2011
Breakfast: 1 cup pansit, 2 pcs tuna wheat bread sandwich
Lunch: 1 slice of guaple, 1 pc tuna wheat bread sandwich
PM Snack: 2 pcs senorita banana, 2 slices of wheat bread with
raisin
Dinner: 1/2 pineapple.
Tomorrow is our company outing at EK. We bought lots of baon for the kids and for the adults as well.
Got to go home early and be with the kids... Ciao!
