MY SUMMER BUCKETLIST

According to PAGASA, we will be starting a weather phenomenon called "wet summer" and what fun way to enjoy it is to have fun in the rain with my 2 boys...then head on to SM Nova for an ice cream treat at Dairy Queen. 

The Mango Cheesecake Blizzard  Cake would be great choice! 1. Mango is my kid's our all-time favorite fruit 2. It's my first cake after my Biggest Loser Challenge 3. It would be my personal reward for winning the challenge. Win or lose, im gonna taste this great selection..Yumm!

As a woman, it was so natural for us to haggle for the lowest bid or look for sale or better yet, get free stuff!!!

So i decided that i will have a portion in my blog that i would blog good finds and good stuffs that i have stumbled upon my beautiful life, and share it to my friends who find time to read my thoughts through my blog.

We won the Biggest Loser Challenge...Again...

Early morning of May 9, 2011, they announced the winner for the challenge and i saved the newsletter that announced it.

then, ophie compiled our last years picture and here it is..

In total, i lost 17 lbs and being on a challenged made me realized that anything is possible,if you put your mind on it, plus you have the support of all your friends and family.

I felt proud when my mom, saw an old friend of mine, and told her about me winning this challenge and telling her to read how i did it on the net. I didn't even realized that my mom was proud and was happy for me until she told me this story. 

So... more than the weight i lost, as my reward, its the recognition from the efforts that really counts. And the assurance, that anything is possible.

To my Team Mission Slimpossible mates, CONGRATULATIONS!!! and i hope we can still make it next year for the 3-peat!!!

Now...what am i gonna do with my 2000 prize? hmmmmmmm...

I would never forget the day when i met you... You told me, that you have accepted me as your daughter and as part of the family. 

Even until after 6 year, you made me feel that way... and it never changed.

You have been a shoulder that our family can constantly rely on. You are what binds our family and keeps it strong...

You always has been my confidant when at times that i feel i had to let my heart out, from all the stress of being a mother and wife.

I thank you for being you. For being strong and making me strong. For supporting me and my family and extending your never ending love to us.

I am proud and thankful for having you as my 2^nd mother. You are a blessing to me and my family.

We love and appreciate you very much.
